What does the program actually look like? What am I getting?

This coaching program is built on three pillars - nutrition, training, and mentorship.

I’ll create a training program that aligns with your schedule, goals, and experience, that will make sure you see good progress in a matter of weeks.

No two people are the same, so the program is completely customized to you. We’ll work with how much time you have and what equipment you have access to. 

I promise that you won't be spending more than 90 minutes working out each week!

The program also includes in-depth nutrition guidance, where I teach you strategies and protocols to lose weight while still enjoying the foods you love. I’ll also develop custom supplement protocols to support your progress if this is something you’d be interested in. 

We’ll also focus on optimizing your sleep and hormones to enhance your overall wellbeing and accelerate your progress.

I believe in creating sustainable habits and routines that will keep you on track even after the program ends. 

Throughout the entire journey, you'll receive personalized feedback, support, and knowledge. My goal is to empower you to achieve your goals as efficiently as possible, while ensuring you never need to spend money on another program.

To simplify your experience, everything is delivered through a really easy app. This app will streamline your training and progress tracking, and will make communication with me easy.

To break the cycle of short-lived success, the program requires a minimum 12-week commitment. During this time, I’ll not only help you achieve your goals but will also equip you with the knowledge and skills to continue your journey on your own.

This is what the program looks like, in detail:

We start with training. I’ll design a training program for your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment. This is delivered through my app, which has video demonstrations and the ability to record your reps and weights for each workout so that we can track progress. This is updated roughly every month, depending on how you’re progressing. This is all periodized to ensure you keep progressing and don’t hit a plateau. 

(We also track things like body weight, steps, sleep, and other habits in the app.)

Then, we work on nutrition. We’ll start with a nutrition audit, where I’ll identify some simple tweaks you can make that will make a massive difference. I’ll give you some sample meal plans to help give you ideas for what to eat. Then, we work on sustainable strategies and systems without tracking. 

We do a weekly check-in via a Google form. This helps me see how things are going and where you might need extra support each week. 

You have 24/7 messaging access to me. I will check in a few times a week as well, to make sure you’re on track and everything is going alright. 

Then, depending on your goals and preferences, I’ll give you custom supplementation protocols, advanced nutrition strategies, and anything else that will help you achieve your goals! 

You’ll also get access to our private Discord channel, where you can meet the others in the program and where I post updates and extra bits of value.
